Had a great time at James’s place in Hocking Hills. Everything was exactly as expected based on the pictures and descriptions. The adults especially enjoyed the fire pit while the kids loved the air hockey and arcade game.

We rented this home in celebration of my mother-in-law’s birthday and it was perfect for what we needed! Safe, private location, yet close to town. It was clean upon arrival with beautiful furniture and decor. The downstairs was hit for not only the kids, but for the adults as well! The hosts were very responsive and the most kind we have had with airbnb. We will definitely consider coming back next year!

We all enjoyed the game room, jacuzzi hot tub and the several decks. The first night we stayed, a few of us were on the top deck and seen at least 30 Eagles flying from the forest over the house. We were all amazed!! We’ve never witnessed this before. I thought eagles 🦅 were becoming extinct, apparently not in Hocking Hills. The house has a covered front porch, big enough to fit us all. It was nice and relaxing and quiet. The bunk beds were full size mattresses, not twin. 🫶🏻 The very big sectional couch was extremely comfy and had throw blankets. It gets chilly in the evenings, throw blankets helped keep us cozy and warm. The kitchen had more than enough dishes, and there were even seasonings. 🧑‍🍳 Every Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at did not accommodate for seasonings, except salt and pepper. We also enjoyed the fire pit, my fiancé enjoyed making fires. Lol. 🔥 It was a wonderful family vacation! ♥️ We will definitely be coming back here. My fiancé and I were thinking about having our wedding there. Hocking Hills is a beautiful place and this house has many decks and a big yard. This place will be perfect for any party. The beds weren’t so great and there were no TVs in the bedrooms except for the kids room. However, the bunk beds were extremely comfortable. I informed the owners that my fiancé and my mother were coming with us at the last minute. My mother has a bad back, and I asked the owners if the bottom bunks will be comfortable enough for them. I told the owners that I would bring a pillow top for the mattresses. However, that wasn’t needed. I think they went and bought brand new mattresses for those double bunk beds. Thank you! 🙏

Bigfoot's Hideout was the perfect escape for a "girls weekend"! Six of us gathered at the home to enjoy time together. The living room was large enough for everyone to comfortably gather. The kitchen was perfect for preparing snacks, breakfast, dinner, and drinks. We dined on the upper deck, enjoyed apps and wine on the lower deck, and had a bonfire on the patio. The hot tub was large enough to hold the six of us, plus our music choices ;) We enjoyed time in Hocking Hills State Park, which was less than 20 minutes driving. We also found a fun brewery in Logan! James & Jeremiah were very responsive - sometimes answering within just a few minutes if when we had questions. We will absolutely all be keeping this house in mind for ourselves, and to refer to family and friends who are traveling to the area!

Very comfy, well stocked house. We ended up needing a last minute place to stay for one night and we wished we would've stayed at this property all 3 nights we were in the area! We had two teens with us and they were in heaven - ping pong, air hockey, PS4. It would be fabulous for 2 families - 3 full bedrooms and large living space upstairs w 2 bunks and all the entertainment downstairs. We did not use the outdoor space (except the hot tub briefly), but it was awesome!!! Hosts were also incredibly responsive. Really nothing. It is slightly off the beaten path, but honestly worth it...pretty close to Logan and several activities.

was one of the cleanest properties i’ve stayed in, the rooms were pretty and the beds were very comfortable in my opinion. everything worked and it was up to date and beautiful. decorated beautifully as well. hot tub was bigger than i expected and was very relaxing for my family. kitchen was good and stocked nicely. fire pit area was perfect and all the options for lounging on the porches was so nice. my one and only “complaint” would be that there were a few pieces of firewood, although buying it from somewhere near was easy- since we booked for 3 nights i feel it would be nice to have more than what someone who booked one night would also get. but that is a very small unimportant detail, wouldn’t say i disliked it since, again, it wasn’t a problem to go buy some.

This stay was for a weekend getaway to celebrate the bride to be. Plenty of sleeping options, 3 clean bathrooms, cozy living room and a clean and stocked kitchen (in regard to silverware , plates/bowls/glasses, coffee bar) . We took advantage of the local coffee shops, breweries and grubs as well as some outdoor activities that were all less than 20 mins away. Everybody was talking about how we would love to come to this same spot again with family or any other outing we want to plan because it was just that nice
